As shown in the attached leaderboard screenshot, my account finished in 1st place, winning the 1,500 EUR prize. The tournament results window specified that rewards would be credited within 72 hours. However, it has been nearly two weeks, and the funds have not yet been added to my balance. I previously contacted Live Chat support on August 23rd, but I am still waiting for a resolution or a definitive response. Could a moderator or representative please look into this case and help expedite my payout?
