I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my withdrawal request of ₹4000, which was made via IMPS.

It has now been 12 days, and I have still not received the amount in my bank account. Initially, the transaction status was shown as successful. However, after raising an appeal, the status has been stuck at “Payment Check” without any updates from your side.

This delay is extremely frustrating, as I have already waited well beyond the expected processing time. I kindly request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis and provide a clear update on the status of my withdrawal.

For your reference, I am attaching the necessary documents and screenshots. My account ID is 368950329.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
