🃏 Poker psychology: do you actually stay cool — or just hide tilt better? 🧊

Everyone says they can stay calm at the table, but actual calm is tested in uncomfortable spots.

At first glance, this looks like an easy call. But is it really that simple?

You have: A♠️ K♠️
Board: K♦️ 10♣️ 6♥️ 8♣️ 3♦️

You bet flop and turn.
On the river, your opponent suddenly jams the rest of their stack.

You have top pair + a great kicker.

This is where poker stops being only about cards.

Are you analyzing the hand — or just refusing to feel weak?

Tilt doesn’t always look like anger. Sometimes it sounds like: “He’s definitely bluffing.”
