I have no idea if there's anyone working on my case as you guys are not responding to my live chat. It is honestly starting to feel like a scam. How do you guys expect to have a sustainable growth for this company when your customer service is trash?

Hi guys, anyone that can help, I withdrew two amounts yesterday and for both amounts 24hrs have passed without receiving the money. The transaction history still shows pending for both and I try to contact customer services they put me on hold and never respond
