On July 10 at ~03:00, I deposited $130 via card. The money left my bank (statement attached), but it never appeared in my gaming account. Five days later, I’m still stuck on the same question: where is my $130? The replies I’ve got are just generic templates; no real explanation, no ETA, no solution.
