  2. I already reached out, but I didn’t get any proper response. They only replied with ‘Thank you, we will check. When will they check it? After the bonus expires? @Ivan 1win
  3. I won 350 free spins on Lucky Drive yesterday. I activated the bonus and tried to play, but since yesterday I have not been able to use it. Sometimes I get a system error, and other times the game does not load and only shows a black screen. I have tried contacting 1win support multiple times, but no one has helped me. I also tried calling, but the number has been busy since yesterday. Now there are only about 3 hours left before the bonus expires. I’m really concerned because I was unable to use the bonus due to these technical issues. It feels very unfair and makes me wonder if something is wrong with the system. Please check this issue as soon as possible and either fix the problem or extend the bonus so I can use the free spins.

  5. I understand your point, but the experience has been very frustrating. Yesterday, I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for a response, and even after that the conversation didn’t continue properly. I still haven’t received any helpful or positive replies. It’s really irritating. Honestly, this has been one of my worst experiences, especially since I’ve used other platforms and never faced this level of inconvenience.
  6. Firstly, I have made several attempts, and I was initially informed that the process would take 2 hours. Subsequently, I was told it would require 24 hours. I do not understand how the timeframe changed from 2 hours to 24 hours, and I am concerned it may be extended further. This inconsistency is quite confusing and raises concerns about what might be going wrong with the system. While I am trying to remain patient, the continual changes in the timeframes have been disappointing. I respectfully request that the 1win team prioritize my case. This experience has been unsatisfactory from a player’s perspective, and I hope the issue can be resolved promptly.
  7. Hi guys I did deposit today 11:27 am and I didn't receive my funds on 1 win account and no one is responding from 1 win website and not get any correct information anyone have any idea about this please help.
